Dickson Boateng
Executive DirectorDickson Boateng holds a master's degree in Sustainable Environmental Management from the University of Greenwich-UK, and a BA in Geography and Rural Development from KNUST-Ghana. He is currently pursuing a PhD in the Mary Immaculate College/University of Limerick. He has keen research interest in energy poverty, political ecology, just transitions, rural development and environmental management.

Dr. Francis Arthur-Holmes
Head of Programmes and ResearchFrancis Arthur-Holmes (PhD) is an interdisciplinary researcher and has experience in implementing development projects in the Global South. He is well researched in Social Sciences and Humanities. His PhD is in Sociology and Social Policy from Lingnan University. He holds a Master of Philosophy (Development Studies) from the University of Oxford, UK and a Bachelors in Geography and Rural Development from KNUST, Ghana.
Dr. Francis Arthur-Holmes
Head of Programmes and ResearchFrancis Arthur-Holmes (PhD) is an interdisciplinary researcher and has experience in implementing development projects in the Global South. He is well researched in Social Sciences and Humanities. His PhD is in Sociology and Social Policy from Lingnan University. He holds a Master of Philosophy (Development Studies) from the University of Oxford, UK and a Bachelors in Geography and Rural Development from KNUST, Ghana.
John Zengulaaru
Project Officer; Community DevelopmentJohn Zengulaaru holds Master of Philosophy in Development Studies from KNUST, Ghana. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies from the UCC, Ghana. He is pursuing a PhD in Social Studies at the UEW, Ghana. He has years of research expertise and has worked with corporate entities in social development. He is a development practitioner, policy analyst and planner.
John Zengulaaru
Project Officer; Community DevelopmentJohn Zengulaaru holds Master of Philosophy in Development Studies from KNUST, Ghana. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies from the UCC, Ghana. He is pursuing a PhD in Social Studies at the UEW, Ghana. He has years of research expertise and has worked with corporate entities in social development. He is a development practitioner, policy analyst and planner.

She has years of experience of work in the clean energy provision having worked as an associate consultant for both national and international companies in Ghana. She is a researcher and a development practitioner.

He completed his bachelor’s degree in Geography and Rural Development at the KNUST, Ghana. He has vast experience in rural development practice and specializes in social capital networks, gender and poverty.
